If you have already scheduled an electronic income tax payment to the IRS and would like to take advantage of the new payment due date, you can cancel the original payment by contacting the IRS E-File Payment Services (24/7) at: 1-888-353-4537
Note - you must call and request a cancellation no later than 11:59PM two business days prior to the scheduled payment date or the funds will be pulled without question as originally planned.
Once cancelled, you must ensure the payment is submitted by the new July 15, 2020 deadline by either mailing a check or submitting the payment via an online IRS account.
